00:00Jamie Dimon has been, I think, a pretty darn impressive leader.
00:04He's had to deal with some crazy crises.
00:07And he's always, I think, very steadfast in his point of views.
00:12And he's very thoughtful in what he shares.
00:15Another leader that I admire is AG Lafley.
00:19You know, I started my career at Procter & Gamble.
00:21And while I was there, AG really led a turnaround.
00:25And what I really admired about AG's approach
00:28was he used a very, I think, a simple method
00:33of establishing where we were going to spend our time,
00:35what we were going to focus on.
00:37And then he let the organization execute against that.
00:40And back then, it was focusing on the billion-dollar brands.
00:43He had a very simple, I would call it, like, format
00:47where you understood how he was making decisions.
00:51Even though I was a brand assistant in the company
00:53or a brand manager in the company in a really big company,
00:56I understood how I thought AG was making decisions,
00:59which then informed me on how I should be making decisions.
01:02And it was a really simple framework
01:04around where to play, how to win, right to succeed.
01:06And I still kind of use that approach in my work today.
