Viral Turkish shooter reveals ‘storms’ were raging within him

Turkish shooter Yusuf Dikec went viral for his cool, calm demeanor at the Paris Olympics, but he revealed that "storms" were raging within him as he secured silver in the mixed team 10-meter air pistol event.
"Everyone says I seemed very calm at that moment, but actually, storms were raging inside me," said Dikec, a former Turkish Gendarmerie officer.
"I believe my shooting pose embodied the Olympic spirit: fair play, simplicity, clarity, and naturalness. That's why it received so much attention."
