Sweden left reeling after deadly school shooting

The Swedish city of Orebro has been in mourning since a gunman took 11 lives including his own.   But what do we know about the attack?   CGTN’s Pablo Gutierrez reports from the scene of the incident.

00:00Terror and chaos. That is how Swedish police described the scene here at the

00:06Rikersbeck Adult Education Center when they responded to a call of shots fired

00:11on Tuesday. Police say a 35 year old man walked in armed with three weapons,

00:18changed into military style clothing and started shooting, killing 10 people and

00:24severely wounding six more. Authorities confirmed to CGTN that the suspect took

00:29his own life after the massacre. Now six survivors remain in serious but stable

00:35condition at Odebro University Hospital. Sweden is in shock. Residents say

00:41violence like this is unthinkable and demand answers as police try to piece

00:46together the investigation to find a motive. So far terrorism has been ruled

00:51out. Neighbors of the man who Swedish media have identified as the possible

00:57shooter described him as a 35 year old recluse who had been unemployed for over

01:03a decade. Authorities continue to search for answers. Sweden mourns. A city tries

01:09to heal but the scars remain.
