Chicken breast Tomatoes, peppers (mushrooms are optional) Sour cream (yogurt) Cheese Egg yolk Garlic, spices ⠀ Method:
1. Make pita boats: stack 1 piece on top of the other, pinch the edges with toothpicks - 2 on each edge. 2. Make cuts on the breast (not all the way through), add salt and pepper, put vegetables in the cuts, brush with a mixture of grated cheese and sour cream on top, brush the edges of the pita with whipped egg yolk. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. (Watch out, it is important not to overcook).
