1 can of tuna in its own juice 1 egg 30g cottage cheese 2 tbsp. oatmeal or rice flour Salt and spices to taste (I have salt, dried garlic, smoked paprika)
Method:
1. Drain all the liquid from the tuna. 2. Mix tuna, cottage cheese and egg in a bowl. 3. Add flour and spices to the resulting mixture and mix well once again. 4. Form the meatballs with wet hands and fry them in a drop of olive oil until golden brown. Serve for lunch with a side dish, for dinner with a tasty salad!
