00:00people present today. I also want to acknowledge my fellow

00:03councillors present and our local member Helen Dalton

00:06and some very special people that made today possible. Former Mayor John Darabrui

00:11who led our council along with General Manager Brett Stone-Street through the

00:14initial phases of this project. Without their leadership and vision

00:18along with Wendy Middleton and Argyle Housing Board

00:20this project would not have provided the essential housing we see before us

00:23today. It took great courage by all of these

00:26individuals, Argyle Housing and Griffith City Council

00:29to embark on this journey and great leadership from Caroline Doherty and

00:32Brett Stone-Street to ensure the ultimate success of the

00:35project. I will leave it for Brett to discuss more about the project itself

00:39but I want to thank everyone involved with this project. This has been

00:42transformational for our community and even local government in general.
