00:06of the man who attacked the Ulu Tirang police station to seek medical treatment after showing
00:11signs of depression.
00:15Sessions' judge Rasida Rosli made the decision after the family's lawyer Faizal Rahman requested
00:20for 19-year-old Maria Radin Imran to be referred to hospital for treatment.
00:25He said Maria showed signs of depression when he met her while being in detention at Simpang
00:30Renggam Prison on June 30.
00:32Deputy Public Prosecutor Fazida Faik had no objection to the request.
00:37She also requested the court to set a new mention date as the terrorism experts' report
00:42has not yet been completed.
00:44Rasida then ordered the accused to seek immediate hospital treatment.
00:47The court also set September 2 for re-mention of the case in order to obtain a terrorism
00:53experts' report before transferring the case to the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
00:57On June 19, the five accused were charged in the Sessions Court with nine separate charges
01:02including promoting terrorist acts.
01:04The other family members are Radin Imran, Radin Muhammad Yassin, his Singaporean wife
01:09Rosna Jantan and their children Radin Romiola, Radin Imran and Farhad Sobrina, Radin Imran.
01:16In the Ulu Tirang police station attack on May 17, two policemen, Constable Ahmad Azhar
01:22and Constable Muhammad Shafiq Ahmad Syed, were killed.
01:26Another police officer, Corporal Muhammad Asif Roslan, was injured by two gunshots to
01:30the shoulder and hip.
