00:17That's because Paul Skeens is getting the start, although the money line, very different

00:21than what you saw right there.

00:22It was minus 154, now down to just a minus 132 price.

00:27The over-under 7.5 in H-Town, of course, Skeens, in his last start, pitched into the

00:32ninth inning, only allowed two earned runs, but did suffer the first defeat of his MLB

00:39career in 12 starts, 6-1 now with a 193 ERA.

00:44Yeah, we got a mismatch on the mound today, no doubt about it, so it's kind of interesting

00:48where we saw that price point here, Ben, and that minus 150's price, you know, cut down

00:52by 20, 30 cents at some outlets, because you look at Skeens, by far the best pitcher on

00:57the card today, last 60 days, having an X-fit minus number 57, an ERA of 1.84, a Sierra

01:02number of 2.37, he really fits the bill, but I think the reason why is they're on the road

01:07against a better overall team, so just like in that last game, you can get an unbelievably

01:12good Skeens performance, but that doesn't mean it's going to match up with the plate,

01:16and they're going to back him here.

01:17You might even get seven innings pitch set of Skeens, 101 pitches, where that game is

01:21one-to-one, saying, what more do I have to do, and then watch the Pittsburgh Pirates

01:25lose on the back end of that bullpen.

01:27But I still would back Skeens in this spot, because I do think he's the much better pitcher

01:30on the mound today, and they do have a decent lineup overall, talking about Pittsburgh,

01:33how they're shaping up.

01:34So for my money, it's going to be Skeens once again, but if it's seeing that the betting

01:39public is saying, you know what, I don't know if I trust a full game here of the Pittsburgh

01:43Pirates, I can't blame you, because they're on the road against Houston, and they're a

01:46heavy favorite, I still think Skeens is going to be able to get the job done.

01:49That's the way I'd bet it.
