00:10I'm actually 54. Part of the reason is I think it's probably good genes from my mum and my dad
00:19but part of the reason is I drink my veg water. So these are all the veg that I'm going to steam.
00:27I've got tender stem, courgette, green beans, mangetout which I eat raw, they're like a snack.
00:33I've got asparagus, spears, carrots, curly kale, like little baby prunes, broccoli
00:43and I've still got a bag of curly kale. I always seal it with a clip there. I also use filtered
00:51water from this, I think it's a five litre jug and I put them in here and I put the,
01:00sorry, that goes on there. I'm going to fill that with water,
01:05steam the veg in there and then drink this water. We are basically near the end. There's the veg
01:13steaming and there is the veg water. As you can see, you can see that kind of green colour,
01:22there are carrots in there as well. Another thing I do daily is I take vitamins. I take vitamin E,
01:31D3, lion's mane, B12, an everyday vitamin, ashwagandha and Q10 and they're all here.
01:46So we are at the end. So here, if you can see, is the veg.
01:53So that's all the veg, I'll put it in the bowl, so you can see how much I've got.
02:13So I've got carrots and stuff there, there's the veg water. So all I do is
02:30just pour it into a glass
02:39and I let that cool down and then I'll drink it in the morning.
02:46So this is the last bit. I'm going out, I'm going to church, so what I do is I
02:54get an empty plastic bottle, there's the veg water and I just pour it in through the funnel.
