00:06Well, I think if you look on social media, there's a little bit of that setting in, but that's just modern day football now.
00:13If you went by the hysteria that happens on social media, then it would be very different, wouldn't it?
00:22But I think most Liverpool fans recognise that there's a squad there that's very strong, one that's in a new stage after last summer.
00:37I mean, there was a bit of a reset, wasn't there, and Liverpool bringing former Fielders in and other youngsters coming through.
00:42And I think a lot of fans will recognise that last season was maybe a little bit of a transition season.
00:49If Jürgen Klopp had to stay, then maybe Liverpool might have been thinking, right, should we go for the title now?
00:54Arne Slott coming in, maybe you have to change your expectations a little bit.
00:59But I think there is this saying on social media, some people say, why aren't we getting business done when others, you know,
01:06Man United are going out and spending money, et cetera, but Liverpool don't need that many players.
01:13And Richard Hughes, the sporting director who's come in this summer, has said that he thinks that August will be the month where things really hit off for Liverpool.
01:23And that's partly because Arne Slott hasn't seen many of his senior players yet in training.
01:30I mean, there haven't been many whatsoever because of the Euros and the Copa America, and he'll want to have a look at his squad.
01:36And obviously the Dominoes need to fall sometimes in terms of deals that might be brokered.
01:41So I don't think there's any need to panic.
01:44I don't think that from the start of summer, it's not like Liverpool needs desperately five, six players in.
01:50That's not the case whatsoever.
01:52You know, I think maybe three at the absolute maximum might arrive.
01:57Centre-back, defensive midfielder, maybe another four, but will even three arrive?
02:02I don't know. It just depends on what Arne Slott sees from his players.
02:06You know, there might be a young player in there who thinks, no, we don't need that one because X is coming through.
02:12You know, say there's a forward who thinks, no, I'm quite happy with Benzo Bin's squad, or Kate Gordon, another one who's highly rated.
02:19Jadon Danes, etc. is there.
02:22You know, you've got to let the manager decide.
02:26And if he says, if he believes, look, we need this or that, then I'm sure Liverpool will go out and get them.
