Review of Flavour Fusion Dry Fry Beef and Pilau Rice.

00:00Hello, my name is Luke Patrick. I'm a journalist for the Blackpool Gazette and I'm going to
00:03do a food review today of a new restaurant called Flavour Fusion that has just opened
00:07recently in Blackpool. I have ordered the beef dry fry dish along with some pillow rice.
00:28So I've just finished eating the beef dry fry dish from Flavour Fusion and I have to
00:32say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The beef was really tender, really really flavourful. There
00:37were kind of dried sliced coconut with it as well which had loads of flavour. It was
00:42something a bit unusual that I really liked. The rice was very soft, very nice and all
00:49the veg, like the peas and the carrots in it as well really added to it. Kind of like
00:53a nice bit of sweetness with the food as well. So yeah, really enjoyed it and I think I'll
00:58be definitely going back there to try something else. I think the butter chicken next time
01:04maybe so we'll have to see. But yeah, I'd definitely recommend it.
