02:15U.S. President Joe Biden mixes up the name of his Vice President, Kamala Harris, and
02:20his Republican rival, Donald Trump, on Thursday, July 11.

02:25Look, I wouldn't have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president if she was not
02:29qualified to be president.
02:31Biden faces growing doubts from donors, supporters, and fellow Democrats who fear he no longer
02:36has the ability to beat former President Trump in the November 5 election or to lead the
02:40country for another four-year term.
02:43This mix-up comes a few hours after Biden mistakenly referred to Ukrainian President
02:47Volodymyr Zelensky as President Putin at the NATO summit in Washington, drawing gasps from
02:52those in the room.
02:54So far, 13 of the 213 Democrats in the House and one of the Senate's 51 Democrats appealed
