PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (GOLF) resmi mencatatkan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Senin (8/7/2024). Dengan aksi korporasi ini, perseroan berencana ekspansi untuk membangun hotel bintang 6 di Jimbaran, Bali.  Dari perolehan dana penawaran umum perdana (IPO) senilai Rp390 miliar, manajemen GOLF akan menyetor 87,5 persen dana IPO untuk PT New Kuta Golf and Ocean View (NKG).

02:40In a nutshell, 87.53% of the IPO funds will be used for investment for entrepreneurs,

02:49namely PT Yukute Golf & Ocean View,

02:52which will build a 6-star hotel and a yukute golf villa in Pecatu Indah Resort, Jimbaran, Bali.

02:59Meanwhile, 5.34% will be used for investment for other investment entrepreneurs,

03:04namely PT Sentul Golf Utama,

03:07and the remaining 7.13% will be used for business operations.
