Presiden Joko Widodo berharap, agar pengusaha tidak mempermasalahkan aturan cuti melahirkan maksimal 6 bulan bagi pekerja perempuan. Menurutnya kebijakan cuti melahirkan 6 bulan yang tercantum dalam undang-undang nomor 4 tahun 2024, tentang kesejahteraan ibu dan anak pada fase 1000 hari pertama kehidupan itu, diteken untuk melindungi perempuan.
