Hurricane Beryl brings winds and rain to Jamaica

Strong winds and rains are hit Jamaica's capital Kingston as Hurricane Beryl passes through. Beryl is the first storm to reach the Category 4 level in June since US National Hurricane Center (NHC) records began, and the earliest to reach Category 5 in July.
