Kejaksaan Negeri Sumendang, Jawa Barat menetapkan lima orang tersangka dalam kasus korupsi pengadaan tanah proyek tol Cisumdawu. Dalam kasus tersebut, kerugian negara mencapai hampir Rp330 miliar.

00:00We turn to the investigation of Sumedang, West Java, which placed five suspects in the corruption case of the Cisumdau land project.

00:16Sumedang State Prosecutor's Office successfully revealed the case of corruption of land management,

00:26From the statement, five people were placed as suspects, namely the pensioner BPN Sumedang,

00:32public service officer, former village head, and the director of one of the construction service companies.

00:40According to the head of Sumedang State Prosecutor's Office, Yanti Sari,

00:44because the construction of the land took place in section 1 of the Cisumdau highway,

00:49which is located in the village of Cilayung, Jatinangor district in 2019-2020.

00:56From the investigation results, there are nine areas of land whose liberation process is suspected of violating the law

01:02in the form of infringement of property rights after the establishment of the location.

01:07Other violations of the law include the manipulation of property data and the assessment of unlawful compensation.

01:14Out of the five suspected violations, the country lost more than Rp. 329 billion.

01:21It was found that there was a violation of the law in the National Strategic Project or PSN,

01:25Sumedang State Prosecutor's Office, which violates state funds

01:29for the realization of land management, starting from the assessment stage to the assessment of unlawful compensation.

01:36Then, based on the calculation of state funds, BPKF from BPKP West Java,

01:42the country lost Rp. 329 billion, Rp. 718 million, Rp. 336,292.

01:54Of the five suspects, four of them were immediately detained in Lapas Klas 2B, Sumedang,

01:59while another suspect is still under investigation in the Bandung Corruption Crime Court.
