New vehicles in the UK and EU will be fitted with automatic speed limiters, so we find out what the people of Cardiff think about the decision.

00:34There's too much of this going on 80, 90 miles an hour.
00:37I don't drive, but I can drive. I've got a licence.
00:40But I feel from a car, like from a person who drives,
00:44from their point of view, they won't be happy with that.
00:47But from, like, a person...
00:49From a different person's point of view,
00:51so someone who likes to save the environment and stuff like that,
00:55that's, like, a yes for them.
00:57So I feel like there's two sides of the coin there.
