00:00Yeah, no, but I think when I started I guess it was just something to, it was just a bit of a change, something a little bit different.

00:06I just wanted to, at the time my father actually passed away probably six months before I started weightlifting.

00:11So it kind of felt, running was like our thing, it was a bit of a void.

00:15So doing weightlifting was a fresh start, it was something new.

00:18And, you know, I don't look back on it as an opportunity, I guess, you know, I wouldn't have thought I'd be here, but I guess here we are.
