Renewed call for fresh stadium build for Brisbane 2032

00:00It is, for me, one of the things that I really focus a lot of my time and thinking on is

00:07pace.

00:08You've got to keep the cost structure right, get what needs to be done now, done now, and

00:16figure out what can be delayed.

00:18And part of the pressure is, there is a lot of enthusiasm amongst our stakeholders for

00:24the gains, and a fair bit of pressure of, come on, come on, get something done, you're

00:28not getting anything done.

00:31So to have the strength to say, this is the strategy, now this is the gains plan, and

00:37this needs to be done before that needs to be done before that needs to be done, and

00:41yeah I know you're talking about this over here, but give me time to set these up.

00:45Also not build the team too big, so setting the pace is so critical.

00:51So I know so many people are approaching me with the ideas and things, we're still a very

00:55small team.

00:56How big?

00:57We have 30 people now.

00:58And then at the largest what will it be, a thousand?

01:02Well London was 8,000, I hope to do it with less than that.
