00:00 Today we're here to announce two more athletes who will proudly represent Australia in Paris.
00:06 It's the first selection announcement for the year and the two athletes today will join the three athletes who were announced last year.
00:13 So you will have five members of the Australian Olympic team currently, but that will build very quickly to somewhere between 460 and 480 athletes by the time we complete the games in Paris.
00:24 I've just got back from Paris a week ago where we took 21 all-sports league offices from different sports to Paris.
00:32 We showed them the village, we showed them the sub-sites, satellite villages, got them to use the public transport,
00:39 arranged meetings with the Paris Organising Committee as well to be able to allow them to specifically talk with the sports managers for the games
00:47 and then provide feedback back to us around the period in which we see that we could then potentially go and resolve a lot of games time.
00:54 So the village is complete, it looks great, we're able to have a tour of that, have a look at the bedrooms, walk through the workspaces
01:01 and then explain how we want to have the laid out village for the team.
