00:05And just in case that you have a few questions, don't be afraid to talk to the people around you.

00:11Because sometimes, we have this fear that as dads, we're just going to ignore this, right?

00:16But then again, I'm sure everyone around you, your support system,

00:20even if it's not your wife, even your parents, your colleagues,

00:24I'm sure they will be more than happy to listen to what you're feeling,

00:29what you're going through.
