00:00I'd like to read this statement out on behalf of the family.

00:06As a family, we would like everyone to know Scott had a heart as big as him.

00:10At six foot one, his character was as big and bold as he was.

00:15He will be eternally missed, forever loved and consistently remembered.

00:20Nothing will ever bring Scott back, but this result goes some small way to bringing peace

00:25to us all.

00:27We also want to say a huge thank you to everyone from the investigation who has helped us since

00:31the start.

00:33Every single person has worked so hard to support us and get us to this point.

00:37As a family, this is the last thing we want to say.

00:40So families on both sides of this case have young children who have to now move on with

00:44the lives that have changed forever.
