00:00For weeks, Kim Jones's aviation career has been up in the air.
00:06The flight attendant waiting, hoping Bonser would rebound, but this morning the axe was
00:11swung via an online meeting.
00:13I just feel heartbroken because it's really starting to hit home.
00:17Bonser CEO Tim Jordan was on the call, but remained silent.
00:22323 workers have been let go, but administrators are still holding on to the slim hope there's
00:28a buyer on the horizon.
00:29That means the company isn't in liquidation yet, so staff can't access their entitlements
00:35yet.
00:36These workers are still in limbo.
00:40No jobs, that's been confirmed today, thank you very much, but also no access to the government
00:46support system.

01:00to run an airline without aircraft.
01:03And it's a devastating decision too, for regional Australia, who these folk were trying to service
01:09to the best of their ability.
01:10It's terrible that we've lost these regional routes and the ability to connect with families
01:15at a more affordable price.
01:17A meeting will be held in coming weeks, where creditors will decide whether to wind up the
01:22company.
01:23And finally, bringing to an official end another rocky chapter in Australian aviation history.
