00:07 well, between Sittingbourne and Hollingbourne, and the fact that we understand that there's,

00:14 you know, burst pipes happen and roads get closed for all sorts of reasons,

00:18 but the volume and frequency of those closures is really awful. It's now over 10% of the time,

00:29 and the fact that the signage is often put out miles, seven, eight miles away from where it is

00:38 actually closed, that's if it is closed, because very often the signage is there for several days

00:43 before or several days after the road closure is actually happening, and it has a terrible effect

00:50 on us and other local businesses.
