"Spazio Blu", Vittimberga (Inps): "Progetto replicabile che permette un invecchiamento attivo per gli anziani"

(Adnkronos) - “300 appartamenti destinati agli anziani che permetteranno loro un invecchiamento attivo, in un ambiente che permette di coniugare l’indipendenza, l’assistenza sanitaria, una serie di servizi complementari per vivere una vita dignitosa al di fuori da quella odiosa istituzionalizzazione che ha comportato negli anni un problema per i nostri 14 milioni di anziani”. Lo dichiara Valeria Vittimberga, direttore generale dell’Inps, a margine della presentazione del progetto “Spazio Blu” per il senior housing, presso la sede di Cdp a Roma.

00:53 outside of that hateful institutionalization that has caused a big problem for our 14 million elderly people.

01:02 But above all because this is the first model that can be replicated.

01:07 The IMSE heritage is very vast, so there is the potential to realize similar initiatives.

01:14 It is in the sense that the 33rd law of 2023, which finally deals with these 14 million elderly people,

01:26 imagining solutions that can bring benefits to the community, families and elderly people,

01:34 which are a very important part of our social structure.

01:38 It has even been a precursor to the 33rd law, because we have been managing the HCP model for years,

01:45 Home Care Premium, which is a project through which credit-based subscribers

01:52 who contribute 0.35% of their salary or 0.15% of their pension,

02:00 so it is not a project that is engraved on the state's cash registers, it is a mutualistic project.

02:05 These people who have a problem of not self-sufficiency, a serious or very serious disability,

02:14 are hired and have an economic contribution to manage the home care services

02:22 and at the same time have some complementary services in nature,

02:29 which are services that are needed to keep them active, to give relief to the management of the disabled,

02:41 to the families, for whom it is often an economic burden, but also of a very important dedicated time.
