00:00 Thanks. As you know, we're looking at having to redesign some of the stuff to fit within budget

00:05 and that was, it's not a bad thing. We know that we're extremely fortunate to have the money

00:12 dedicated to South West Healthcare to be able to do this build, but we also know that car parking

00:17 is critical to access for patients and the community and you know, I live in the community

00:21 and we hear it every day and people talk to me directly about that. So it's one of the key things

00:25 that we want to make sure that we can deliver car parking closer to site but also on site as well.

00:31 So what I mean by that is we are closer to finalising how we'll do that, but you know,

00:39 hopefully we'll announce it in the next couple of weeks.

00:40 Well, it's part of what we want to deliver, so we're just working through how we best do that.
