00:00I chose this location mainly for the panoramic view, all the lush vegetations all around
00:14and it's the wide open space that we have here plus the forest in the outer peripheries
00:21and so close to the city as well.
00:24We felt that this is a perfect place to offer to people what it's like to be out in
00:29nature.
00:30When you're out here you feel like you're in some far-flung province enjoying nature
00:39as it is.
00:44Camper vans are actually not new in terms of mobile accommodations but in the Philippines
00:52they seem to be gathering popularity mainly because it allows you to feel the outdoors
00:59in a different way because traditionally people would enjoy the outdoors being in a tent.
01:05But the tent cannot provide you all the comforts that a trailer camper van can offer and over
01:11here in the Philippines weather is a large factor so everybody would just like to relax
01:18and to be inside an air-conditioned room and this is what a trailer camper van can
01:23offer unlike the regular tents.
01:31The vans are all customized that's why we have three models and all the three models
01:37are different in a way from the interior as well as from the outside.
01:41We have one that has a floor area of about seven and a half square meters followed by
01:47five square meters and the smaller one is just about four square meters but all of them
01:52can sleep comfortably two people inside and they're all fully equipped with a kitchen
01:58with the amenities of an air conditioner with a ref griller and they all come with their
02:04own toilet and bath inside it's indoor and small nook for your coffee and for preparing
02:13rice or anything light.
02:20Well the unique feature is that they all come with their roof decks not all trailer vans
02:27come with roof decks to me the best place to be in is at the roof deck that is where
02:34you really can look up to the sky see everything all around and enjoy the company of other
02:41friends with you.
02:47Our largest attraction here is the ATV and the UTV rentals the only way you can really
02:54explore and feel nature aside from living by nature is to be on an ATV or UTV where
03:02it provides you a different kind of fun.
03:09We could have used other materials other than metal could have been plastic but we
03:13chose metal mainly for its durability and you know being out here where you're exposed
03:19to the weather storms there's nothing especially when you have to offer these places to the
03:25public you have to make sure that strength comes first and quality even if metal is more
03:31expensive we we chose to use a more durable material to offer a safe dwelling.
03:44We have three models and we offer three different rates the first is a six thousand a night
03:49the next one is five thousand five hundred and the smaller van is five thousand a night.
04:03There's nothing that they need to bring they only need to bring their food it's actually
04:06a fully equipped trailer camper just for five thousand up to six thousand pesos a night.
