00:00 Hello OG! This is Susan Enriquez. Welcome to Balustre Serca, our small farm here in Mahabangkahoy Serca in Dangkabite.
00:08 Come, let's continue.
00:09 So this is Balustre Serca. Why Balustre Serca?
00:25 Balustre in English is baluster because we used to have a lot of balusters here.
00:30 Different kinds made of coffee trees, steps, and so on.
00:35 So we were thinking, what's a better name? Let's just call it Balustre.
00:39 Then Serca is a Spanish word that means near.
00:44 So Balustre is near, something like that.
00:47 So that's what happened. The name of this farm, Balustre Serca, was conceptualized and now we're offering it to our fellowmen.
00:56 This property is more than 1 hectare.
01:04 We have 4 cabins. Another one is being built now, the glass cabin.
01:09 We have a 60 square meter swimming pool with kiddie pool and jacuzzi.
01:15 The swimming pool is very inviting. It's very hot.
01:18 You might think, "I haven't taken a bath yet. I haven't built anything yet."
01:22 This swimming pool is all for our guests.
01:25 We clean it every day so that our guests who come here can enjoy our swimming pool
01:31 both for adults and for kids and as well as the jacuzzi.
01:42 Okay, so here in this line, you can see there are 3 cabins.
01:47 This is the name of my grandchildren.
01:49 This is Beb and JP. This is the name of my son, Kay.
01:53 The other one is Audrey.
01:55 The two of them can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.
02:01 This can accommodate a maximum of 8.
02:10 The other one can accommodate a maximum of 12 persons.
02:15 This started because of the pandemic.
02:28 We were all locked up at home and we couldn't go anywhere.
02:31 Fortunately, we were able to go out.
02:33 This is one of the places we go during the weekend when we don't have work.
02:36 So we started cleaning this place.
02:39 We felt that the pandemic would last for a long time so we just continued.
02:44 And then, as time went by, you were inspired to clean this place
02:50 and it would be your weekend getaway.
02:52 Every time I go to Pinterest or other countries,
03:02 the first thing that pops up is that I have a friend who knows how to build.
03:07 He really builds. So I commissioned him to build those cabins.
03:14 So the sizes are different.
03:15 They're small, medium, and large.
03:18 And of course, we have the pavilion.
03:24 The pavilion can accommodate up to 100 persons.
03:28 We also have the bonfire area.
03:30 We have a half-court basketball for the kids who like to play.
03:34 So we have a big parking area. You can park up to 30 cars here.
03:40 You know, what I love about Balustre Circus is that
03:52 when you come here and become our guests,
03:55 you'll see to it that you'll enjoy this place exclusively and privately.
03:59 You're the only ones here. Even if you're just five or two.
04:03 [music]
04:06 And I'm really hands-on here.
04:09 I see to it that if you have concerns about this place,
04:14 you're most welcome here.
04:16 [music]
04:24 What I like about this place is that we have a lot of fruit trees.
04:28 [laughs]
04:28 There are all kinds of fruit trees here.
04:31 And I see to it that all of them are fruitful.
04:34 So if you get a chance to see the season of the fruits here,
04:38 I can give you some.
04:39 If you see a ripe one, that's yours.
04:42 I love fruits, so we have a lot of ripe fruits here.
04:47 [music]
04:55 It's fulfilling to feel like, "Wow, is this really what I made?"
05:00 All of your hard work, right?
05:03 It's so nice to feel that you've worked so hard and you're finally seeing
05:07 that this is what's really happening and giving joy to the people who come here.
05:14 So you want to make the place even more beautiful
05:17 so that the people who come here can enjoy the Balustre Circus even more.
05:20 So we want to put up some more activities for our guests here in the near future.
05:26 [music]
05:34 If you want to relax and have privacy, enjoy the stillness of the night.
05:41 And the quietness around the cool breeze, I assure you that.
05:45 Go here to the Balustre Circus.
05:47 Our lowest price is Php 5,000 per night.
05:52 That Php 5,000 is good for five persons.
05:56 But if you stay, the whole Balustre Circus,
06:00 even if you pay Php 5,000 per night, is as low as Php 5,000.
06:05 [music]
06:16 So to those who are planning to put up a business like this,
06:19 don't be afraid. Just have a strong heart.
06:22 It's a good discount.
06:24 If you have a little capital, you can start.
06:26 You don't have to be grand.
06:28 Little by little, and if you work hard,
06:33 you can achieve your dreams.
06:36 You just need to have a strong heart and a good discount.
06:39 [music]
06:45 That ends our short tour here in the Balustre Circus.
06:49 And I hope to see you all here in our small farm.
06:53 We hope to serve you and you will enjoy and experience
06:57 what we offer here in the Balustre Circus.
07:01 As we say, we want you to experience how our life
07:05 in the Balustre Circus is so you can say,
07:08 "Yes, it's really nice to be on a farm."
07:11 So I hope to see you guys here. Bye. Thank you.
