07:47 It's far from the city.
07:49 Plus, it's rush.
07:51 It adds to the budget.
07:53 We finished this house in three months.
07:57 We have a plan to rent this house so that other people can experience
08:01 living in an off-grid location and an off-grid house.
08:05 Especially when the kids return to face-to-face classes,
08:09 we'll be back in Manila.
08:11 What makes this place unique is that we are experiencing an off-grid kind of living.
08:18 It means that when we moved here,
08:21 we didn't have electricity or water supply.
08:24 That's why we installed solar for our electricity
08:28 and water from the deep well.
08:33 I think the majority of people who build houses
08:36 don't really follow the budget.
08:39 Once you rush to construct,
08:43 the cost really increases.
08:47 While you're building the house,
08:50 sometimes you have additional ideas or you want to change something.
08:56 You should know how to play with materials that are available in your area.
