00:13According to the latest report issued by the Malaysian Navy today,
00:17the three crew aircrafts had entered the maritime operation helicopter runway
00:22causing both of them to stall before crashing.
00:26The investigation report also confirmed that there was no issue of hypoglycemia,
00:30signs of fatigue to all aircrews, in addition to the fact that there was no use of prohibited materials.
00:36In the incident, 10 members and Navy officers consisting of 7 AW, 139 and 3 Fennec crews
00:45were killed after the two helicopters stalled
00:48and crashed during a respectful cross-country race celebrating the 90th anniversary of the TLDM in Lumut.
00:55The interim report on 9 May confirmed that all aircrew involved in the crash were in good condition
01:02to handle the aircraft.
01:04Both helicopters were also found to be safe to fly on the day of the incident.
