00:05Obviously there are differences and changes that need to happen in how we train our future
00:10clinicians, our current clinicians in terms of continuing medical education to make sure they
00:15can adequately and competently care for a diverse patient population, but also we need systems,
00:21systems that are able to hold themselves accountable. So they need to be ensuring
00:26that they are keeping track of metrics in terms of how patients are treated, how they are
00:31prescribed medications, how they're discharged, making sure they're keeping track in real time
00:36of those metrics and what are the interventions, how are they going to hold themselves accountable
00:42for those differences if they do exist.
