Can you hear the difference between hot and cold water?

It sounds silly, but cold water has a different audio quality to hot water - it’s somehow ‘brighter’. Beijing #science vlogger Xiaotian Bi has explained why - it’s about the size of the bubbles, apparently - but can YOU tell the difference?
