A British tourist is in a “stable” condition after being attacked by a shark attack off a Caribbean island.Father-of-two Peter Smith, 64, from Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, was savaged near the Starfish Hotel in Courland Bay, Tobago on Friday morning.
