00:30under Labour Prime Minister Tony Blair and joined the House of Lords in 2020 after leaving
00:35Labour to form the Birkenhead Social Justice Party. In a statement, his family said,
00:55he will be deeply missed by those lucky enough to have enjoyed his laughter and friendship.
