00:36which in truth only reflects his own stereotype of femininity to the outside, ladies and gentlemen.
00:44We welcome, of course, that the transsexual law of 1970-80 is no longer what applies to us now.
00:51At the same time, we have to say that success is above all for the Ampel government.
00:55They can pat themselves on the back that they have now passed their supposedly progressive laws
01:00and that queer politics is now writing on their big flag that they have done it.
01:05For trans, inter and non-binary people, unfortunately, it is rather, if at all, only a partial success.
01:10For many people, it will also be a blatant setback.
01:13The fight is definitely not over now with the self-determination law.
01:17It continues and above all the fight for trans health care, but also for trans refugees,
01:22for whom there are also many discriminations in the self-determination law
01:26and also against the duty to defend trans women, will have to be carried on.
01:31And we will stick to that as a queer community.
