00:16 The Commission on Elections or COMELEC assured orderly and secure online voting of overseas Filipino workers or OFWs in the 2025 midterm elections.
00:27 According to COMELEC spokesperson, Attorney John Rex Laudianco, the poll body will prioritize an online voting and counting system that has authentication, accuracy, and auditability in reading of votes.
