00:20The PRA noted that independent technical studies have confirmed that the two-sided reclamation projects in Pasay City are not the cause of flooding or marine garbage accumulation.
00:32The agency also stressed that garbage pollution is a solid waste management issue resulting from noncompliance with Republic Act No. 9003 and should not be blamed on properly approved reclamation initiatives.
