Few passengers seen at Manila North Port on Holy Wednesday

00:04 gather at the Manila North Port with luggage in tow just to be with family this time of the year
00:09 which may be their only chance to do so due to the grind and demands of city life.

00:17 All seats are vacant and no more passengers depositing their luggage.
00:25 This is the situation of Manila North Port as of seven o'clock this evening.
00:30 At 1 30 p.m passengers started to get inside the port.
00:34 However this morning one passenger claimed one of his luggage was missing.
00:39 He says he even asked help from the security guard
00:52 to find his missing luggage by reviewing the CCTV but was denied his request.
01:18 In a phone interview with Eunice Samonte spokesperson of the Philippine Ports Authority
01:24 or PPA she said that the agency is now taking immediate action on the incident such as
01:30 getting statements from the porters security guards and securing a copy of the CCTV.
01:45 With this the PPA advised future passenger to look after
01:49 their luggage especially during this peak season.
01:52 She also said that what happened to Giovanni was just an isolated case.
02:10 At the same time she assured the public the PPA is implementing strict and tight security
