00:19 get away with doing the bare minimum in terms of

00:23 street repairs and services for people whilst

00:25 council tax just keeps getting more and more.

00:27 There has to be a limit. If it's just allowed to keep increasing

00:32 every year it will be going up. But I do understand the

00:37 pressure the council is under, especially with budget

00:41 cuts by the government. They've got to find

00:45 money somewhere. But I also think the council does waste money.

00:49 There are so many things they probably do that they shouldn't do.

00:53 They could find cuts within themselves really as well instead of increasing

00:57 I can't sit fast every time.
