The return of the island, Emir that found Ruya in front of them, cannot prevent Feriha from learning everything at once. Surprised by what she suffered with the shock of pregnancy, Feriha's anger and resentment will be heavy for both of them. On the other hand, the return of the newlyweds to the apartment creates unrest in the doorman's apartment. While Mehmet can't handle Feriha living upstairs, it's very difficult for Reza to digest becoming his daughter's doorman. Emir quickly moves to find a new home, but things do not go as he thought. Feriha, on the other hand, is trying to cope with the storms that break out in her, while Mehmet's target is your sarcastic looks and gossip at school and in the apartment. The newspaper news about Emir and Ruya would be a new blow for Feriha. While Emir is writhing with guilt and remorse, he is being very forced by the pressure on him. While everything is overlapping, the pain felt by Feriha eventually turns into an explosion of anger. The severe dispute they experienced opens a serious wound that they will never forget in Emir and Feriha.

Feriha Yilmaz is an attractive, beautiful, talented and ambitious daughter of a poor family. Her father, Riza Yilmaz, is a janitor in Etiler, an upper-class neighbourhood in Istanbul. Her mother Zehra Yilmaz is a maid. Feriha studies at a private university with full scholarship. While studying at the university, Feriha poses as a rich girl. She meets a handsome and rich young man, Emir Sarrafoglu. Feriha lies about her life and her family background and Emir falls in love with her without knowing who she really is. She falls in love with him too and becomes trapped in her own lies.
