00:30 This phase of the project is currently being constructed on 587 acres of land

00:51 Over 500 and something acres of land has been cleared.
00:55 And no one from the community has been hired.

01:05 He says they have been trying for months by doing the relevant online applications,
01:10 submitting requested documents and attending their job fairs with no positive feedback to date.

01:22 are being utilized, something they're not willing to accept.
