Excavation starts on metro subway

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) inspects the status of the Metro Manila Subway Project CP101 North Avenue Station which is scheduled for excavation using a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) on Thursday, March 7, 2024. The 33-kilometer subway, the country's first-ever mass underground transport system, has 17 stations reaching all the way to Tandang Sora and will take 12 months to construct.
