Jennifer Grey is not hanging up her dancing shoes anytime soon. We caught up with the vibrant almost 64-year-old actress at the premiere of her movie, A Real Pain at the Sundance Film Festival last month . The Dirty Dancing star shared with us how she stays in shape by swing dancing, walking, eating well, and having a positive mindset.

00:03 I haven't danced a lot since the pandemic because that really messed up my classes and so I haven't
00:11 found a good ballet class. But I started swing dancing and I really love swing dancing and I've
00:16 got to get back to ballet. I'm really into walking and visiting with people walking.
00:21 To be fit I sleep a lot. I'm a really good sleeper and I don't drink or do drugs and I eat pretty
00:27 well and I eat what I want and I enjoy my life. I try to be free of resentments because I think
00:35 that's the key to be grateful and to try as much as I can to see what's working and what's good
00:43 and there are gifts all around us and we all know that there's plenty of pain. Let's lean into
00:47 the good right and lean into when things are good and fun and try to really feel balanced in the way
