00:00 On Tuesday, the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of our America and the People's

00:05 Trade Treaty, through an official statement, reiterated its condemnation of the Israeli

00:09 genocide in Gaza and expressed solidarity with the Brazilian president, who was declared

00:14 persona non grata in Israel for demonstrating against the administration of Benjamin Netanyahu.

00:20 In this way, the organization ALBA-TCP, for its acronym in Spanish, declared their member

00:26 states expressed solidarity with the president of Brazil, Lucinacio Lula da Silva, who was

00:32 declared persona non grata in Israel for demonstrating against the genocide in Gaza and calling for

00:38 a ceasefire.

00:39 On the other hand, on behalf of the regional bloc, recognizes Lula as a leader of America

00:44 and a true defender of human rights, international law, and respect for the self-determination

00:50 of peoples.

00:51 In the meantime, it demands a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through dialogue

00:57 based on a two-state solution, allowing Palestine to exercise its right to self-determination

01:03 as an independent and sovereign state.

01:06 In this regard, ALBA-TCP reiterates its call to the international community demanding an

01:11 immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
