00:38 According to the rules of the Parliamentary Council, MPs are allowed to file a case notice
00:43 within 14 days before the hearing.
00:46 The case will then be submitted to the Council on the day of the hearing.
00:51 If the 14-day deadline is not met, MPs can still file a non-confidential case
00:58 in the matter of public interest at least 24 hours before the hearing.
