00:00 Yeah, Dave, obviously tough result to take today, 3-1 loss to Southall away at Burnham

00:06 where they're currently crowned. What are your honest thoughts on today's performance?

00:12 All credit to Southall, they took their opportunities in the first half and we didn't really turn

00:19 up today, we weren't at it at all, particularly in the first half, we were black luster. And

00:27 second half we had a little bit of a go, obviously we wanted to get that next goal, but that

00:34 came too late in the proceedings really. So, yeah, we didn't deserve anything from the

00:41 day today.

00:42 Yeah, and sort of diving deeper into the result, obviously we're quite light on the ground

00:48 at the moment, do you think that sort of impacted the game today?

00:51 No, we've got, I'm a firm believer, I think Ian and Mick are as well, that if somebody

00:58 misses out through injury, suspension, whatever that might be, then it just gives someone

01:02 else opportunity. We've still had plenty good enough squad today to get a result, we've

01:11 been on the back of a good run and I guess a run has to come to an end at some point

01:16 and it did today.

01:18 Yeah, and sort of looking at the result today, obviously it is blistering and it's going

01:22 to hurt some of the players for a while, do you not think that, what can you sort of take

01:26 from this result and sort of turn it into a positive for our games coming ahead, starting

01:31 with the game against Bad Giordano on Saturday?

01:33 No, it hurts everybody and I think that the players look like they did hurt them straight

01:40 after the game and I think that going forwards I'm hoping it, well I think we hope that it

01:46 hurts them enough that they'll want to bounce back and go on another run now, that's the

01:51 only important thing now really, that game's gone today and we just move on to next Saturday.

01:58 Yeah, and sort of the last thing, you mentioned about the good run that we've had, obviously

02:02 it kind of ends a 12 game unbeaten run, which is amazing for any team in the league, let

02:06 alone a team chasing the playoffs. So reflecting on that, how proud are you of the boys for

02:13 sticking at it and getting...

02:14 Really good, yeah, they've put themselves into position and I'm sure they can pick it

02:21 up and go with it again and sometimes you need a little bit of a proverbial kick up

02:27 the backside and hopefully today will bring that, I'm sure it will.
