well im from the us and i can promise you Kima Bob --- who talks in elongated sort of autisticy-vowelsy, is gross, and sounds nothing like us, is not from the US, nor has any comedy history here. -- The only people comedy fans in the US know here, are... well no one generally, but I know Alan from this, Sandi from Time Team, and David from Peep Show... and this lady Kima Bob and that other guy clearly failed at comedy careers in their home country, and are sort of playing exaggerated versions.
