00:00 Heavy snow continues to blanket Colorado's Keystone Ski Resort area, making for some tough travel conditions.
00:07 But it's a welcome sight for skiers hitting the slopes this week.
00:11 And now slopes in the northeast are about to get another blast of fresh snow.
00:16 Christina Schellhoop has details on tonight's ski forecast.
00:19 My northeast skiers and snowboarders, I know it was such a mild and kind of lackluster start to the winter season,
00:26 but winter has its revenge this week.
00:30 I mean, look, we've already seen some pretty decent snowfall.
00:32 You can see that on the snow depth map.
00:34 One of the reasons I really love this map is because it represents not how much snow fell,
00:38 but how much is actually on the ground right now.
00:40 And those areas where the blue is really dark represent where we have feet of snow.
00:44 Back into ski country as you're looking down toward, let's say, Alicotville into upstate New York,
00:49 or even up into the Adirondacks into the Catskills, there's some pretty solid numbers here.
00:53 Then you get to the Green and White Mountains, the Boundary Mountains of Maine, it's more of the same.
00:57 Now, as we head to the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Bretton Woods, let's take you into the resort.
01:01 It is going to be a decent, at least conditions-wise, couple of days to get out on the slopes.
01:06 But temperatures-wise, ew, bundle up.
01:09 I mean, look, 7 degrees on Saturday, that's pretty rough,
01:11 especially because it's actually going to feel colder than it is with those actual real field temperatures getting closer to zero.
01:18 Yeah, be careful out there.
01:20 15 degrees on Sunday, at least we're going up, not down, but it's still a cold day.
01:24 Killington, more of the same, 16, 8, and 15 here.
01:27 Very cold air coming in after our next storm.
01:30 While the storm itself won't be a blockbuster, at least you can know here that we do get a little more fresh powder.
01:35 Montage Mountain, as we head to northeastern Pennsylvania, to the town of Muzik, we are looking at some snowflakes on Friday.

01:44 1 to 3 inches of snow by the time we get through 10 p.m. on Friday.
01:47 So a little fresh powder as we head to the weekend, but obviously we are going to see some of that cold air.
01:52 Not to the same extent as further north into the Green and White Mountains, but something to keep in mind.
01:56 Snowshoe, it's a bit more of the same into West Virginia, where, yeah, you do get some fresh powder,
02:00 a couple inches on Friday, and even a few snowflakes Saturday,
02:03 but that one snowflake is like the one-digit temperature you're going to get.

02:08 If you decide to hit the slopes, make sure you are prepared and layered up.
