00:04 Further wintry conditions are expected in Manchester this week as snow may be seen across
00:08 the city region. Low temperatures are set to come back with a vengeance and on Friday
00:13 the 19th of January the forecaster has suggested light snow may fall across Manchester.
00:20 Two Greater Manchester train stations will undergo improvement work this spring. Transport
00:24 for Greater Manchester has announced. The work is to improve accessibility at Earlham
00:30 and Daisy Hill and will get underway at both in March 2024.
00:35 And finally, the mayors of Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Region are going head to
00:39 head on the DJ decks next month. Andy Burnham and Steve Rotherham are once again taking
00:44 to the stage for a charity DJ battle to raise money for the fight against homelessness on
00:49 Friday the 2nd of February.
