00:25 Greater Manchester. The 67-year-old has been questioned after two figures were seen cutting

00:30 down a safety camera on Warrington Road in Wigan.

00:34 And finally, temperatures are set to drop as low as 3 or 4 degrees this week as Manchester

00:39 is set to be icy cold. An amber cold weather warning is in place for the whole of north-west
